White Bull

The White Bull was the 17th-century inn in Church Street, Preston (see plan), that was later renamed the Bull and Royal. It is mentioned frequently in the Bellingham/Rawstorne diaries, at which time Richard Jackson was the innkeeper. A fairly detailed history can be found online, unfortunately without references. [1]
