Hobson, William

William Hobson appears frequently in the Preston court leet records between February 1679 and October 1721 in which he is listed as a member of the council and often described as gentleman. [1] He claimed £5 for the damage Jacobites caused to his barn in 1715. [2] He makes regular appearances in the Bellingham/Rawstorne diaries..
