Mapping post-war Preston

The National Library of Scotland has now put on line hundreds of just out of copyright Ordnance Survey maps of England and Wales in the 1950s and 1960s. The Preston ones capture the town on the eve of the massive slum clearances that completely transformed the urban landscape. One of those maps is pictured, along with an image of the access page on the NLS site.
